Every experience I've had here with my 3 kids was horrible whether it was for a simple ID or actual DL. Rude rude rude.
So sod the adress on gps is incorrectly I lost my apoiment
If I could rate this lower I would. The website said it was open until 6pm we arrived at 5:08pm (like the worker pointed out). Nicole Vasquez (an employee) was EXTREMELY rude to us. We had all of our paper work ready to go and she just kept pointing out the fact that it was the office in Austin's fault for the time error on their website and that we need to come back the next day. We drove 40 minutes to get rude service. Do not waste your time here.
I have been there off and on for years and they have always been nice. As many as 10 people in line waiting with 2 or 3 people working.
I don't have anything nice or pleasant to say about this place. Rude and was VERY unfriendly not just to me but to everybody. If you are not a people person please don't work with people all day and ruin our day. Making a call to the supervisor after I leave this review. Something needs to be done or improved at this location.
