If the had a negative start i would rate them that! They have a number stand where u ger numbers and ive been the next number for about and hour because some people think there special and dont have to wait in line lile the rest of us.and yet they have let two other people in front of the line..its either we all have to follow the rules if not dont make any!! This place is ridiculous someone really needs to hire new people who will follow and enforce the rules too!!!
Only called for more information and receptionist was very rude when giving answers. It's worth the drive to San Antonio
I have called non stop for a whole business day and have not ONE TIME gotten and answer or anything but a busy tone and voicemail !

There are some very rude individuals that work here. I had a question and they told me I had to wait in line to ask a question, in a way, I can understand, but not in this case. They needed a document and I did not know where to go to obtain it. I waited 3 hours. It was miserable. One of the other customers waiting knew the answer to my question,, so I left. I was very disappointed and frankly, upset.
