Nice owners. Clean. Restrooms. Showers. Laundry mat. Shade trees. Well kept. larger lots than any other rv park around. Ice machine. Great rates. Dog friendly. Close to restaurants, grocery stores, shopping. Also has quiet hours from 10-7 so if u work u can get some sleep on the weekends. Thank the lord.
The place is a ran down not kept up at all . The disgusting bathrooms, toilets running over trash cans with in bathrooms are all over the floor with no toilet paper ever . The washing machine and dryers are not clean, and they take your money and do not wash or dry correctly. The tables that you are supposed to be for you to fold your clothes on in the laundry Matt are nasty you would have to go fold them at your RV . The managers are lazy and the husband is such a nobody that tries to act tuff but he don't do nothing the kids well I know that for sure the one who graduated last year is a weird kinda stalker peeping tom that would try to come to my trailer and flirt with me I had him at times be standing at more door in the am when I got up !! Not ok !! They have a lot to hide before you stay there I would get a back ground check on all the people who are staying at that place ! They apparently let any one stay at that place !!
