We have booked several rooms at different times, in the past. This past stay was very disappointing. The rooms were not ready at check in and we had to be moved because they were not clean. We were double charged and could prove it but management never took the error off our credit card and stopped responding to our requests. We are now booking for Easter but will stay at a different hotel.
we tried to prepay our reservation, for a discounted rate. the Credit card was never charged. The front desk at check out honored our prepay arrangement, and gave us the discounted rate.
Just stayed here and the service was amazing! Clean rooms and friendly staff! Stefani, the lady at the front desk, was so nice and helpful. I will definitely be staying here from now on
Just stayed here for the first time and it was great. Everything was nice and clean. The food was delicious also. Will definitely be staying here again.
The hotel is great! Its very clean, the staff is friendly and it's a great price. Its only 35 minutes away from san Antonio and an hour in a half away from corpus christi. So it's right in the middle of two other cities. I would definitely come back here for future visits.
the only suggestion, please put towel rods, or hooks closer to the shower. I had to walk across the bathroom to reach a towel. would be nicer if they could hang closer to shower.
