This place needs better receptionist and better communication. I have had this DR for over a year and I have always had problems with the people that work there. I had made an appointment because I was running short on my RX. I had scheduled for an appointment and everything was fine. On the same day as my appt. I called them to let them know I was running about 15 min. late, they stated that was fine. Not 2 minutes later , I got a call from the receptionist to tell me that I had been terminated. I said what!!!! Terminated!!!! And I asked why about 10 times and she kept telling me that she didn't know. I was furious. According to her , I had been terminated for months now. I asked her, how can that be if I just scheduled an appointment a few days ago and I just called to let ya'll know I was running late. She said she didn't know and that I was terminated. So now its 4pm, and I have not meds and now, no DR. Not even a courtesy call to let me know I was terminated or why I was terminated, This practice should be shut down. I know many people and ex employees that have been TERMINATED without explanation. I will never recommend anyone to this DR. Very very poor communication and the ladies that work in the front are always on there personal phones and do not care about anyone or anything else. Ridiculous place.

We just had our first appointment today. My son had been sick and we just did a walk in, just thinking we would be waiting forever. However, We were in and out in about an hour! The staff was hustling and kept people moving in and out. Dr. Mcfarland was very nice and although very busy, made time to joke with our very sick son. We will back!
